Overview:
The Integrator is the steady force and active leader of the business of Patterson Engineering, Inc. They will work to maintain organizational clarity, communication, and consistency in the operations of the business, driving results and resolution. Their objective is to translate ideas into action with implementation plans. This role works directly with the Visionary and holds the Leadership Team accountable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and be accountable for all department heads in decision making and issue solving.
- Aid in technical writing for marketing materials, awards, lectures, & presentations.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and be accountable for Profits & Losses.
- Maintain organization among the Leadership Team by driving focus and results.
- Lead technical development of all employees for software, code updates, and market trends.
- Research and maintain knowledge of new and available software and design tools.
- Develop and maintain training of each employee on protocols of Patterson Engineering, Inc.
- Execute role of Project Manager for unique or complex projects as required.
- Assess and consistently improve employee skills, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Identify and strategize client, project, and market opportunities.
- Participate and contribute to employee reviews.
Qualifications:
- Project Manager qualifications.
- 10 years industry experience
- Ability to assess situations and make decisions and find resolutions in a timely manner.
- Mastery of techniques and principles involved in the production of construction documents.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of 20+ engineers, drafters, and administrators.
- Expertise in construction codes and practices for standard building materials.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent verbal & written acumen, with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and clients.
